  I haven't yet bought anything from the store, so I cant comment on that. However, I had a wonderful experience at Bedrosians. Firstly, I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than my designer, so I decided to go in ahead of time and pick out some things that I liked. Immediately upon walking in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I declined, and started perusing the product. There are so many choices! This was the third tile store I visited for my project, and at all other places I found maybe two samples that I thought were okay, but here, I had to narrow it down to 4 in each category. While I was walking the floor three other workers approached and asked if I needed anything, so about every 5-10 minutes which was very nice. When my designer got there and helped me narrow down my choices, a worker was immediately available to take down what I wanted and get me samples, about 8 in total. Some of the samples I wanted were out of stock, so he got the color equivalents in a different style so that I could use the sample to create my color scheme. And then, when finished, he took all the samples to my car for me, twice! I'm sure I'll end up buying several products from Bedrosians.
