  NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD. I have been a costumer of this store for almost two years and have never had a problem until yesterday. I am truly disgusted by the way I was treated by a woman named Evalynn Oros. She was blatantly rude to a customer in front of me for asking how long the wait was but I let it go, then she proceed to make a snarky comment to my husband. She yelled from across the store "if you don't want to wait then go somewhere else!" and Ireplied that we had absolutely no concern about the wait. I said you don't talk to people so rudely when you are in customer service and she kept saying "it was a joke! if you can't take a joke then go somewhere else!" I was so upset with the way we were treated so I walked up to her and asked for her name. She ripped her name tag off covering her name and waving it in my face. (mind you, there's five other people in the store while this is happening) I said i'm sorry you were covering your name, she pointed me to the business cards and said "anything you need sweetie!!!!" with her smart ass voice. Sprint should be appalled by her behavior and that SHE is supposed to be representing a brand and she miserably failed at that and at her job.
